How do I create an account on MuchRoom?
To create an account and become a registered member of MuchRoom, click on “signup” in the top right-hand corner of the website and fill the required field. Or simply sign up using your Facebook account.

How do I sign up for the newsletter?
If you are a member of the MuchRoom community, you will be receiving a weekly newsletter automatically.

What are the benefits of creating an account on MuchRoom? As a member, you are able to create and manage your interior projects by adding items you want to specific collections, or simply save it to your favorites. You can also share these folders with anyone and chat with them to decide on the perfect items for your home.

How do I contact the showrooms?
You can contact the showrooms through two ways:
o By chatting with them directly on the showroom’s profile by clicking on the mail icon on the top.
o By calling the showroom’s phone number or sending them an email. You can find their contact details on their profile.

What does “my collection” means?
“My collection” is your project management system that allows you to create folders for your rooms, and add products to each folder. You can also create sub-folders in each folder. A folder shows you a total budget of the items inside, and give you the ability to share it with anyone you want.

How can I place an order?
When you wish to buy a product directly from MuchRoom or from other showroom hosted on that have an "Add to cart" button, simply click on the "Add to cart" button and the product will be added to your shopping cart. You will then have the option to continue shopping or proceed to checkout. When you have completed your online order on, you will receive an email confirmation. Your order will be processed and the items will be shipped. Some items can only be bought from the showrooms. These items don’t have an “add to cart” button. You can simply chat with the showroom through our chat system, or call them directly to set the deal.

How can I amend or cancel an order?
We are committed to meeting our delivery promises. Therefore, we cannot add new items to orders that have already processed. Please, place a new order in this case. You can cancel your order according to our standard returns policy.

What payment methods do you accept?
For now, we only have the cash on delivery as payment method. We are working to add a secure online payment soon.

What are the delivery methods?
There are two types of delivery o The showroom’s own delivery. o MuchRoom’ delivery through Express companies Delivery cost is fixed by the showroom and is automatically calculated for each order from same showroom.

What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase on, you can return the item in its initial packaging and in good condition within 8 days of delivery. Customized and custom-built items cannot be returned.

How do I return an item?
To return one or more Products, you can contact the showroom by visiting the Online Customer Service on the Site. The information concerning your order are accessible in his Customer Area, under the headings "My orders> details of the order> contact the seller".
